Humans have a highly developed brain, capable of abstract reasoning, language, introspection, and emotion. Humans are notable for their desire to understand and influence the world around them, seeking to explain and manipulate natural phenomena through science. This natural curiosity has led to the development of advanced tools and skills. Since we are high-tech right now, they also have the knowledge on new technologies and capable to manipulate a big machines. New technologies today are one of the main reasons why companies today become more productive and competitive. But, machines don't have a "heart" who cannot feel and only follows instructions without knowing if it is a good or bad decision. Man can give their best to cooperate and to achieve the goal of a company and success of an organization.They are unpredictable because we, humans have different characteristics, beliefs and personalities.
